IMO, the worst thing in that subscription system isn't the price. Now, thanks to Apple, Adobe has got every user in thrall to the subscription system, which entails daily improvements to programs that did not need a lot of improvement. The latest have finally disabled the Adobe Creative Suite 6, the last of the independent CS on disc. I use Mac and lately there have been many major updates to the OS. If you use enough programs, every day there is a new update, and some of them are a mixed blessing. Speedlight edited this topic 24 months ago.
